Agnes, the heart behind Rabbit Coffee Co., grew up in the Midwest, where her love for coffee began with her grandmother, Joanna. The two were incredibly close, and Joanna taught Agnes the value of hard work, meaningful conversation, and the sense of connection that can happen over something as simple as a cup of coffee.

That love for coffee and community eventually became Rabbit Coffee Co., established in 2024 and originally started as a coffee truck serving the Leander community. What began on four wheels has continued to grow, creating new opportunities to serve local communities while staying true to the personal, welcoming feel that inspired the business from the beginning.
